1. Our Role
Trust(Ed) Solutions provides strategic enrollment management consulting, data analysis, and implementation support services to educational institutions. We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for any outcomes or decisions made based on the use of our Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.
Account sharing is prohibited unless expressly permitted in a written agreement.
3. Use of Services
The Services include enrollment strategy development, data analysis, implementation support, and consulting services. Some Services may require additional fees or terms.
You agree not to misuse our Services, including unauthorized access, data scraping, or violating any laws.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If Services are offered on a subscription basis, you will be billed accordingly. You can cancel per our cancellation policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials related to our Services are owned by Trust(Ed) Solutions or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit permission.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with our Services.
We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
7. Privacy Policy and Communications
By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your information.
Text Message Program Terms
By providing your phone number, you expressly agree to receive recurring text messages and calls from Trust(Ed) Solutions and affiliated companies regarding promotional opportunities. By signing up, you confirm that:
- You are the account holder or have permission to sign up
- You are 18 years or older
- You consent to receive marketing messages using an autodialer
- This consent is not a condition of any purchase
Message Frequency:
Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
