By accessing and using TrustED Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TrustED Solutions provides enrollment management solutions, including but not limited to EnrollED, ConnectED, RecruitED, and Full-Service Enrollment Partnership services for educational institutions.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by TrustED Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrustED Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
