1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

- School and organizational information
- Account credentials

1.1 Google User Data (Google Ads API)
TrustED Solutions uses the Google Ads API in its internal reporting platform to access advertising performance data from Google Ads accounts owned by our school clients, which those clients have authorized TrustED Solutions to manage under a signed service agreement.
Data we access: account names and IDs, and campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword performance metrics (such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions). Our access is read-only; we do not create, modify, or delete anything in Google Ads through the API.
How we use it: solely to produce performance reports and dashboards for the school that owns each account, and to monitor campaign performance on that school's behalf. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Sharing: each school can see only its own data through a read-only client portal. Google Ads data is otherwise accessible only to authorized TrustED Solutions staff under confidentiality agreements, and to infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and database services) strictly to operate the platform.
Storage and security: data is stored encrypted, and access is restricted through role-based permissions.
Retention and deletion: we keep this data for the duration of each client engagement. When an engagement ends, or upon request to contact@trust-edsolution.com, we delete the associated data within 30 days. Access can also be revoked at any time by unlinking the account from our Google Ads manager account or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
TrustED Solutions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send promotional communications (with your consent)
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described in this policy. We may share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, conducting our business, or serving our users.

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
